01The problem

Every new customer asks for another certificate, another questionnaire, another audit. Most teams end up running five programs that test the same controls five different ways. We tie them into one.

  • SOC 2 program
  • FedRAMP program
  • CMMC program
  • GDPR program
  • ISO 27001 program

02Core frameworks

Where our practice goes deepest: FedRAMP 20x and FedRAMP for US federal cloud, CMMC for defense suppliers, SOC 2 for commercial buyers, and GDPR for Europe.

Inside a security test

Findings you can see. Fixes you can prove.

Each engagement maps the attack surface, validates findings by hand, and ties every fix to the controls your auditors will test.

04Approach

A typical SOC 2 or ISO 27001 program, from first call to auditor fieldwork, in around fourteen weeks.
  1. Week 1

    01Scope

We learn your product, your buyers and your deadlines, then fix the exact frameworks, boundaries and systems in scope.

  2. Weeks 2-3

    02Assess

Control-by-control gap assessment against every target framework at once, with a single prioritized findings register.

  3. Weeks 3-10

    03Remediate

Policies written, controls implemented, evidence automated. We work inside your tools, Jira, GitHub, AWS, Google Workspace.

  4. Weeks 10-14

    04Audit

Mock audit, auditor selection and fieldwork coordination. Your independent auditor issues the report; we sit beside you until they do.

  5. Year-round
